Our Shipment Processing Time

Shipping Cost: Shipping is calculated on checkout page.

• Processing Time: Usually within one business days. (Processing time in our fulfillment center from order receipt to shipment, based on stock availability and normal order volume. These estimates exclude holidays and other peak seasons.)
• Transit Time: 2-8 Business Days - Actual time depends on your distance from our fulfilment centre in Melbourne.

Special Note: Assembly and Custom-built wine racks will take extra 1 working days.

After placing your order with Cellar Shop please allow for one business day, excluding holidays, for purchases to be processed by our team. All orders have an estimated dispatch time of 24 to 48 hours, however this may vary depending on factors out of our control. In the event of delay our team will reach out to you with all necessary information. Please note, our shipments and deliveries do not occur on holidays or weekends.

We ship our products both domestically and internationally. If you have any questions about shipping to your location please contact our team.

• Our international parcel ETA’s continue to be impacted:
• Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-20working days)
• Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific (21-28 working days)
• Zone 3 - Rest of the world (25-30working days)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and delivery location. As Shipping cost varies it is calculated on the checkout page before you complete your transaction.

Delivery Times

Delivery Time: Generally, it takes 3-5 business days for the order delivery in VIC, 7 - 9 business days for the orders outside VIC.

All the orders of wine racks offer standard shipping via carries below: Sendle, Australia Post, or TNT (business address only). For international order via DHL, Fedex or Australian International Post

All selling items are distributed from our storehouse in Moorabbin, VIC. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Normally it takes between 3-5 business days for orders within Victoria or 7-9 business days elsewhere in Australia. We also offer next day delivery to any address in Melbourne and its neighbouring suburbs.

Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, we may ship your items separately, at no additional cost to you, to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible.

Returning Items

In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may be eligible to return it to Cellar Shop. Click here to view our Returns Policy for more information.

Damaged or Lost Items

Cellar Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Pre-Orders

When placing a pre-order on an item currently not in stock or a custom order you may be asked to be patient with delivery times. 

Once stock arrives you will be notified of the shipping details as soon as we post your order.
